Sitting directly on the beachfront along 30A, this condo puts the emerald Gulf right outside your window – and your door. The balcony faces the water, making it a natural spot for morning coffee as the waves come in, and the living space draws in the same view through the day. Dedicated beach access sits just behind the building, so the sugar-white sand is never more than a few steps away. Two complimentary bikes are on hand for riding the Timpoochee Trail, and Alys Beach is about fifteen minutes by car when you fancy a change of scene.
