Sitting Gulf-front in Dune Allen, this house spreads across four levels with oversized windows framing the water at almost every turn. Direct beach access from the back deck means you're on the sand in moments, while the private pool and fire pit give you good reason to linger on the deck instead. An included six-seater low-speed vehicle and six bikes make it easy to explore 30A's sugar-white shoreline and emerald waters further afield. One honest caveat – a smaller home sits in front, so some views are partially obstructed.

Home truths
Although the home sits on the Gulf, a smaller home in front of it partially obstructs some of the water views – so the outlook isn't entirely uninterrupted from every angle.
Between May and October, sea turtle nesting season is in full swing along this stretch of beach. You'll be asked to keep balcony and porch lights off at night, draw your blinds after dark, and fill in any holes dug in the sand – all to protect nesting turtles and hatchlings.
You'll have five parking spaces in total – four on the driveway and one in the garage.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
