A two-minute walk from the beach – where coastal dune lakes meet the Gulf of Mexico – this house sits in one of Seagrove Beach's quieter pockets, and the setting shows. Outside, a private pool and spillover spa anchor a fenced backyard made for long evenings, with a fire pit and grill for alfresco gatherings. The main suite offers its own balcony and soaking tub – a calm corner in what is, at heart, a house built for bringing people together. When you're ready to venture out, eight complimentary bikes mean the wider 30A trail network is easy to explore.

You'll have on-site parking for up to five vehicles – useful for a group this size arriving from different directions.
The home spreads across three floors, so daily life – moving between bedrooms, the main living area, and the pool – involves a fair amount of stair use. Worth bearing in mind if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
Two of the bedrooms have a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people each – we think these might be best suited to children.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Eight complimentary adult bikes are provided, making it easy to explore the resort.
