Home truths
The shops and restaurants along 30A are a short drive rather than a walk, so you'll want a car for anything beyond the beach. Three dedicated parking spots are provided – one is covered, the other two are not.
The bunk-bed bedroom is on the first floor while the remaining four bedrooms are on the second floor – worth bearing in mind when allocating rooms across your group.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
You'll have access to the community's shared tennis court and ping-pong table here.
Five complimentary adult bikes are provided, making it easy to get around the neighbourhood.
