You'll have three dedicated parking spaces on site, with additional parking available around the WaterColor community – useful if your group is arriving in multiple vehicles.
Your WaterColor wristbands grant access to community amenities – each home is allocated a set number based on occupancy, and this home receives fourteen bands.
Between May and October, sea turtle nesting season is active on these beaches – you'll need to keep lights off on the beach side of the home at night and avoid illuminating the shoreline.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The swimming pool isn't fenced.
A six-seater golf cart and six adult bikes are included in your stay.
The private carriage house sleeps six guests, with a queen bed, single-over-single bunk bed, and sleeper sofa. It also has its own living area and kitchen.
