Shaded porches give you somewhere to land after time on the sand, while a vaulted living room keeps things comfortable when you want to gather inside. A loft with a balcony makes a natural retreat for anyone needing a quieter corner. Bikes are included for exploring 30A, and four neighbourhood pools, boardwalks, and the Racquet Club are all within easy walking distance.

Home truths
The bunk beds in the first-floor bedroom are smaller than standard twins and are best suited for young children rather than adults or older kids.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home aren't permitted to leave except for laundering.
Some previous guests have mentioned street noise, so this home may not suit light sleepers.
At full occupancy, five guests will sleep in the semi-open loft – two on the sofa bed, two in the bunk bed, and one in the single bed. Privacy is limited here.
You'll have three parking spaces here.
During sea turtle nesting season (May through October), you'll also need to keep porch and balcony lights off at night to protect hatchlings finding their way to the water.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Four bikes come with the stay, making it easy to get around the community.
