Four covered porches mean you're never short of a spot to catch the breeze at any hour, while the landscaped courtyard is made for alfresco dinners as the day cools down. Bikes are included for exploring the scenic streets and boardwalks, and access to four neighbourhood pools, a fitness centre, and a racquet club means there's plenty to fill the days between beach visits.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the first-floor living area.
Bedroom four has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people. We think this room works best for children.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are for indoor use only and cannot be taken out of the home.
The courtyard and lot may be shared with a neighbouring carriage house that is either owner-occupied or rented to separate guests, so you may have company just outside.
You'll have parking for two vehicles here – worth bearing in mind if your group is arriving in more than two cars.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
