Tucked among the pines of Seagrove Beach, this three-storey coastal house is set up to handle a crowd without anyone feeling squeezed – every bedroom has its own bathroom, and the third-floor sun deck gives grown-ups a quiet retreat above the treetops. The backyard patio has Adirondack chairs and a barbecue for evenings in, while four complimentary bikes make it easy to explore Scenic Highway 30A. The Gulf's turquoise waters are a five-minute walk via a private boardwalk, and one of the two community pools sits directly across the street.

At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in bedroom one.
Bedroom two has a single-over-single bunk bed, a double-over-double bunk bed, and an additional pull-out trundle bed, sleeping up to seven people in total. We think this room works best for children.
For those with reduced mobility, there's a ground floor bedroom and bathroom here.
You'll have access to the two community pools here, one of which is directly across from the house. They're shared with other local residents.
You'll have on-site parking for up to three vehicles – if your group is arriving in more than three cars, you'll need to make alternative arrangements.
