Every guest aged five or older counts toward the twelve-wristband allocation for WaterColor's pools and amenities – so if you're travelling with a mixed group of adults and older children, plan your guest list accordingly.
Pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are not to be taken from the home.
Between May and October, sea turtle nesting season is in effect on the local beaches. You'll need to keep porch and balcony lights off at night and use only red-filtered torches on the beach – it's a legal requirement and local rangers do patrol.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The included golf cart has experienced occasional mechanical and suspension issues, so there may be times when servicing is required during your stay.
