Home truths
WaterColor's HOA requires that every guest aged five and older be registered to receive a wristband for pool and amenity access. This home is allotted ten wristbands in total.
If you're planning to fish during your stay, note that Florida state law requires anyone over the age of ten to hold a valid fishing licence unless fishing via a chartered boat. Licences can be obtained through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on a trundle bed in the third bedroom, while another guest will sleep on the sofa bed in the carriage house.
