A heated pool and spa anchor the outdoor space, while multiple screened porches – including an upper-level one with a ping pong table – mean there's always a shaded spot to land. A private carriage house gives some guests their own retreat, and five bikes are on hand for reaching Seaside or the WaterColor Beach Club without ever touching a car key.
