You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are not to be taken outside the home.
During sea turtle nesting season (May through October), you'll need to keep balcony and porch lights off at night and draw the blinds on any Gulf-facing windows. Red-filtered torches are available locally if you need light on the beach after dark.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
