The reverse floor plan puts the main living areas upstairs, where the second-floor porch catches the evening breeze above tree-lined streets. Down below, a private heated pool is available year-round – and if that's not enough, four neighbourhood pools, including the adult-only Sky Pool, are yours to use. Bicycles make it easy to explore the boardwalks, and Alys Beach's whitewashed courtyards are an eighteen-minute walk away.
