Perched along Mulholland Drive, this mid-century house has been reimagined by an international architectural firm – retaining its original character while introducing contemporary finishes and a landscape design that draws the hillside in rather than keeping it at a distance. Valley and canyon views reach from the living room and dining area all the way out to the hills beyond, and a hillside pool makes those views even harder to leave. The Getty Center is a twenty-one-minute drive, and the canyon roads themselves are worth exploring for the sweeping city panoramas alone.
