Frangista Beach still feels like a neighbourhood – cobblestone streets, gated and palm-lined, with the Gulf a few blocks south. This house is built around getting a crowd here and keeping life easy: a bunk room sleeping nine gives the kids their own wing, a game room with two retro arcade cabinets quietly runs the trip's scoreboard, and a covered patio with a gas grill turns evenings alfresco effortless. The six-passenger golf cart is the real shortcut – beach gear loaded, community pool passed, and you're on the sand in minutes.

Home truths
Due to this home's location, we recommend hiring a car to get the most out of your stay. You'll have four parking spaces here – plenty of room if you're arriving in multiple cars.
If you're travelling with little ones, your host can arrange a high chair on request.
The lead guest must be at least 21 years old.
The bunk room sleeps nine guests across a triple double bunk and a triple twin bunk – we think it’s best suited to a group of children.

Florida is somewhat of a large state that encompasses a diverse range of habitats, from the swamps near the Gulf, to the everglades, and the islands of Key West - there is truly something for everyone in...
