The third-floor balcony is off-limits during your stay, so the upper-floor rooms connect to the outdoor spaces on the lower levels rather than having their own accessible terrace.
The WaterSound Beach Club is a members-only facility and day passes are not available for purchase, so you won't be able to use it during your stay. Your private deeded beach access is just steps away, however.
There's free parking for up to three cars on the driveway.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Two golf carts and seven adult bikes are included with your stay.
