Gulf-front and unapologetically so — the back deck of this house opens straight onto a boardwalk that leads to sugar-white sand and emerald water. Every level catches the view, whether you're starting the morning with coffee on one of the upper decks or watching the sun drop into the Gulf at the end of the day. The gated Carillon Beach community adds its own pull, with three pools, sports courts, local dining on the doorstep, and four bikes ready for exploring Scenic 30A. Rosemary Beach is about twelve minutes by car when you're after boutiques and a change of scene.
