Tucked beneath a canopy of mature live oaks, this Panhandle cottage has a rhythm all its own. The wraparound second-floor porch is where mornings begin and evenings tend to linger – treetops in every direction, the coast close enough to feel. When you're ready to move, four bikes and a six-passenger GEM vehicle make it easy to explore the community, while beach club access means resort-style pools and white-sand Gulf Coast beaches are within easy reach. Rosemary Beach's boutiques and cobblestone streets are a twenty-seven-minute drive for a change of pace.

The driveway technically has two spaces, but one is permanently occupied by the on-site golf cart – so in practice you'll only be able to park one vehicle here. If you're arriving with more than one car, you'll need to make alternative arrangements.
Every guest aged five or older counts towards your wristband allocation for pool and amenity access. This home is allotted eleven wristbands, so factor that in when planning your group.
One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
