Home truths
The sixth bedroom is located in the independent carriage house. It has a US king-size bed, a sofa bed, and its own bathroom and kitchenette. Keep in mind that even when this room is in use, the guest count cannot exceed twelve people.
The community's beach club is a members-only club and day passes cannot be purchased, so you won't be able to access it during your stay.
There's free parking for up to two cars on the driveway.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Your host provides five adult bikes and a six-passenger low-speed vehicle to get around the community with ease.
Between 1st March 1st and 31st October, one beach service set is provided with your stay – this includes two beach chairs and one umbrella.
