Multiple covered porches wrapped in native landscaping give you somewhere to retreat from the afternoon sun, while five bikes mean you can range freely around the community without touching a car key. Two king primary suites – one with an attached nursery – make it a natural fit for families travelling with young children, and the fireplace gives the living room a different kind of warmth when cooler evenings roll in.

This home comprises a main house and a self-contained carriage house with a king-size bed, double sofa bed, kitchenette, and bathroom.
Bedroom four sleeps up to five people on a double-over-double bunk bed and a pull-out singe bed – we think this room is best suited to children.
You'll have access to the on-site swimming pools here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
Bath towels must stay in the home – you'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels for days on the sand.
You'll have covered parking for two vehicles here – if your group is arriving in more than two cars, you'll need to make alternative arrangements in line with HOA and community parking regulations.
While the home can sleep up to fifteen people, the maximum occupancy is eleven guests.
