At this coastal home, a four-storey lookout tower offers a bird's-eye view of 30A – the ideal spot for sundowners. Back at ground level, the private pool area is equally compelling, with a sun shelf and covered lounge perfect for long Florida afternoons. Inside, 200-year-old reclaimed wood beams and walnut floors give the space real character. A separate carriage house adds welcome flexibility for groups. Seven bikes and a golf cart are included for exploring the area, with Alys Beach ten minutes away by car and Rosemary Beach a fifteen-minute drive.

The sixth bedroom is located in the carriage house. It has a separate entrance, a living space, and a kitchenette.
You'll have access to the resort's swimming pools, boardwalks, and more here. They're shared with other guests.
The community beach club is not included in your stay – it's a members-only club and day passes can't be purchased.
Your host provides seven adult bikes and a four-passenger low-speed vehicle to get around the community with ease. There are two golf carts, but only one is available for guests.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
