Set in a coastal community just a five-minute bike ride from the Gulf and shops and restaurants, this house is a well-rounded base for Florida's 30A coast. The private backyard earns its keep – a heated pool, fire pit, and outdoor kitchen with a grill make it easy to stay put. Four adult bikes and a low-speed vehicle are included for exploring further, and access to the beach club brings multiple pools, Gulf views, and a sunset bar into the picture. Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach are all a short drive away.

You'll have two dedicated parking spots, with additional spaces available around the community – no garage or covered parking is included.
Per community rules, every guest aged five or older counts toward your wristband allocation – and this home is allotted ten wristbands in total. You'll need to include all children of that age in your guest count to ensure everyone can access the pools and amenities.
