Sitting within a gated community and bordering Deer Lake State Park, this four-floor house is built for Gulf Coast living at its most relaxed. Climb to the lookout tower on the fourth floor and you'll get panoramic views across the coastal dunes toward the Gulf – a hard-to-beat spot at sunset. A large saltwater pool anchors the outdoor space, and private deeded beach access is a three-minute walk away, with seasonal beach service included from 1st March to 31st October. A golf cart and five bikes make it easy to explore further along the 30A coastline.

You'll have three designated parking spaces here, and a maximum of four vehicles in total can be permitted through the community security gate. Additional vehicles won't be allowed past the gate even for a quick drop-off, so it's worth coordinating arrivals carefully if you're coming in multiple cars.
Bath towels and linens must stay at the home, so pack your own beach and pool towels before you head out to the sand.
