A large coastal house set in Seagrove Beach, this is the kind of place built around bringing people together. The rooftop deck delivers expansive Gulf views – a natural gathering spot as the sun drops toward the water – while down below, a zero-entry pool and covered outdoor kitchen make it easy to settle into the rhythm of a beach holiday. A six-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle and nine bikes are included, so getting out along the 30A communities requires no effort at all. The nearest beach access is a seven-minute walk.

Parking for up to six vehicles is included, but no parking is permitted on the condo easement walkway along the side of the home.
The beach is a seven-minute walk from the home. A parking lot at Eastern Lake Beach Access is also nearby if you'd rather drive. Do note that bath towels and linens are not to be taken from the home, so you'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels.
Just so you know, two of the bedrooms contain queen-over-queen and double-over-double bunk beds.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
