Back at the house, sprawling porches invite slow mornings, a ping pong table keeps everyone occupied, and five complimentary bikes are ready when you want to explore the charming coastal towns strung along 30A.

Home truths
The fifth bedroom is located in a private carriage house with its own kitchenette and entrance.
You'll have access to the resort's beach club, swimming pools, scenic nature trails, and coastal dune lake here. They're shared with other guests. Every guest aged 5 and over will receive a wristband for community amenities and pools. This home is allotted twelve wristbands.
The garage is not available for you to use during your stay, so plan ahead for car storage and any gear you'd normally stow there.
A new pool is coming in 2027. Construction will start in October 2026.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Beach and pool towels aren't provided, so be sure to pack your own.
Your host provides five adult bikes to get around the community with ease.
