This home spreads across three floors with no lift, so you'll be using the stairs regularly – worth factoring in if anyone in your group has mobility considerations.
Walton County enforces a strict beach ordinance – any personal items left unattended on the sand from one hour after dusk until one hour after sunrise will be discarded. Plan to bring your gear in each evening.
If you're bringing vehicles onto the beach itself, you'll need a permit – the same applies for bonfires. Your host or the concierge can point you in the right direction.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Some of the beds here are queen-over-queen bunk beds. At full capacity, four guests may sleep on sofa beds.
