Four bikes make it easy to explore 30A's walking and cycling paths at your own pace, too.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the second living area.
You'll have access to the on-site pool, playground, and more here. They're shared with the community's other residents.
Beach towels aren't provided, so pack your own.
The home has multiple flights of stairs between floors – something to factor in if you're travelling with young children or anyone with limited mobility.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Please note that the fireplace is not for guest use.
Your host provides four adult bikes and a six-passenger low speed vehicle to get around the community with ease.
Please note that the community's pool and other amenities will be closed for a major pool resurfacing project from 27th January to the end of February.
