Tucked into a coastal woodland community, this house is built for days that begin at the pool and never quite get around to a schedule. The screened porch – with its fireplace, dining area, and lounge – becomes the heart of the stay once the sun dips below the tree line. A private pool and alfresco entertaining area handle the rest of the outdoor hours, while access to a beach club adds beachfront pools and casual dining to the mix. Seaside and 30A's dune lakes are right on your doorstep.

Home truths
While this home can accommodate two additional guests on the bunk bed in the hallway, the maximum occupancy is ten guests.
The only full bathrooms here are the en-suites off three of the bedrooms. While guests staying in the fourth bedroom and guests sleeping on the bunk bed in the hallway have access to a separate toilet, they’ll need to use one of the en-suites for showering.
As well as a private pool, you'll have access to the on-site communal pools here. They're shared with the complex's other guests.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels from the home may not be taken off-site.
The community's Low-Speed Vehicle is a great way to get around, but availability isn't guaranteed – only one cart may be rented per home on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're planning to rely on it, book as early as possible.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
