The beaches here are a short drive rather than a walk from the front door – you're about 0.25 miles from the community entrance, and the nearest beach access is a four-minute drive. Having the golf cart or bikes on hand makes the trip easy.
One of the two community pools is heated, but only during specific windows – 15th November to 2nd December, 16th December to 6th January, and March spring break. Outside those dates, both pools are unheated, so factor that in if you're visiting in cooler months.
There's ongoing construction nearby that can be heard from time to time during your stay.
The fireplace in the home is decorative and not available for guest use.
