Seagrove Beach is one of the quieter, more rooted communities along 30A, and this house leans into that ease completely. The sugar-white Gulf sands are less than a quarter-mile away, four complimentary bikes make it simple to explore the coast and Eastern Lake, and a private pool with Adirondack loungers gives you somewhere to decompress when you're back. Two screened-in porches extend the living space outdoors – one for alfresco dining off the back, one for doing nothing in particular. Inside, the shiplap-walled great room holds groups well, and a dedicated bunk room makes it suited to families.

You'll have parking for up to four vehicles, arranged in a single-stack configuration – meaning cars at the back will need to move to let others out. It's worth coordinating arrival and departure times if your group is arriving in multiple cars.
The beach is under a quarter of a mile away, but you may find it easier to drive to the public access point than to walk, depending on what you're carrying. If you have young children or a lot of gear, factor that in when planning your days.
