Rosemary Beach's sugar-white sands are a short walk away, but this home gives you plenty of reasons to linger. The private courtyard is the heart of it – a pool, outdoor fireplace, and a full outdoor kitchen making it easy to spend whole days without venturing far. Inside, timber beam ceilings and light-filled gathering spaces give the home a relaxed but considered feel, while a wraparound balcony catches the coastal breeze above it all. Bikes are included for exploring the Timpoochee Trail, and access to four neighbourhood pools, a fitness centre, and a racquet club rounds things out nicely.

The courtyard and lot may be shared with a carriage house that is either owner-occupied or rented to a separate group during your stay – you won't necessarily have the outdoor space entirely to yourselves.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens from the home aren't permitted to leave except for laundering.
The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Guests under 25 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at a ratio of four guests under 25 to one adult over 25.
