Tucked into Seacrest Beach along Scenic Highway 30A, this three-level house puts the best of the area within easy reach – Rosemary Beach Village is right on the doorstep, and the Gulf's sugar-white sands are an eleven-minute walk away. A seasonal beach tram stops outside from March through October, making beach days effortless. Back home, there's a lot to keep you here – multiple balconies for morning coffee, a third-floor entertainment space with a wet bar, a back patio with a barbecue, and access to the Seacrest community pool and hot tub. Four bikes are included for exploring the nearby trails.

Home truths
To use the community amenities – including the pools and hot tub – you'll need to complete a Guest Registration Form within two weeks of your arrival. The home is allotted twelve wristbands, so make sure everyone in your group is registered in time.
You'll have parking for two vehicles here – worth factoring in if your group is arriving in more than two cars.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
The beach tram runs from 9am to 5:45pm daily between 1st March and 31st October – outside those hours or that season, the Gulf is an eleven-minute walk from the home.
