A fenced backyard pool, complimentary bikes, and a golf cart – this Seagrove Beach house hands you the whole 30A corridor on a plate. Greenwood Beach is a two-minute ride away, Seaside's boutiques are six minutes by bike, and there's a restaurant four minutes from the doorstep. Back at the house, the pool deck connects directly to the living space, so the line between inside and outside dissolves naturally. Alfresco dining alongside a fire pit table and barbecue makes evenings easy, and there's parking for four vehicles with an EV charger if you do eventually want to venture further.

About Florida
Florida sometimes gets a bad rap for being a retirement destination for midwesterners, but, lest we forget, parts of the state are basically situated in the warmth and sparkling waters of the Caribbean. Florida is somewhat of a large state that encompasses a diverse range of habitats, from the swamps near the Gulf, to the everglades, and the islands of Key West - there is truly something for everyone in...
