Timber beam ceilings and hardwood floors give the interiors a warm, Mediterranean character, while the top-floor living space – anchored by a gas fireplace and two Gulf-facing balconies – is built for long evenings with the whole group. A private lift makes moving between floors effortless, and a complimentary golf cart and bikes mean coastal dune lakes and the wider 30A corridor are all easy to explore.

Home truths
Parking on-site is limited to two vehicles – one in the private garage and one in the driveway. The included golf cart is a handy way to get around locally without needing extra cars.
You're right on Scenic Highway 30A, with the beach access walkover directly across a private street – so the road does sit between the home and the sand. It's a short crossing, but worth knowing before you arrive.
The main living, dining, and kitchen space – along with both Gulf-facing balconies – is on the top floor, so you'll be heading upstairs to cook, eat, and socialise. The private lift makes this much easier, especially with bags or groceries.
One of the bedrooms contains a double-over-double bunk bed.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
