Tucked into the heart of Faubourg-Montmartre and entered through a quiet courtyard, this apartment puts you at the centre of one of Paris's most characterful arrondissements. The Grands Boulevards – all cafe terraces and Haussmann grandeur – are four minutes on foot, and Passage des Panoramas, one of the city's oldest covered arcades, is just three. Richelieu–Drouot metro station is a three-minute walk, making the wider city easy to reach. Back inside, both bedrooms are kitted out for a proper rest, and a workspace with a desk makes longer stays comfortable.

Home truths
You're right in the 9th arrondissement, a short walk from Richelieu–Drouot metro (lines 8 and 9) and Le Peletier (line 7), so most of central Paris is easily reachable without a car. We recommend leaving the car at home.
The apartment sits on the first floor and is accessed via an internal courtyard, then stairs or a small lift – worth knowing if you're travelling with heavy luggage or a pushchair.
The boiler is on the compact side, so back-to-back hot showers for a larger group may not always work out – stagger your morning routine if you can.
The area is lively and there is a bar downstairs, so some street noise is possible in the evenings. Lighter sleepers may want to bring earplugs.
While there are two shower rooms here, there is only one toilet.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
Your host can provide a cot for little ones.
