While one of the bathrooms isn't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
One of the bedrooms sleeps up to eight people in two king-over-king bunk beds – we think this room is best suited to children.
As well as a private swimming pool, you'll have access to the on-site community pool here. It's shared with the complex's other guests.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels are provided but must stay in the home.
You'll have dedicated parking for three vehicles on site – useful to know if your group is arriving in more than three cars.
Noise-monitoring technology is in use at this home – it measures volume only and does not record audio, but disturbances that result in complaints or a law enforcement visit carry a minimum $500 fine.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
