Five bikes are yours to borrow for riding Scenic Highway 30A, a legendary coastal route a fourteen-minute walk from the door, and a community heated pool is close by too.

Bedroom six has two single-over-double bunk beds along with two additional pull-out trundle beds, sleeping up to eight people in total. We think this room might work best for children.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels and linens are for in-home use only and cannot be taken to the beach.
You'll have access to the nearby community swimming pool here. It's shared with the community's other residents and heated in the spring and autumn.
You'll have parking for three vehicles – useful to know when planning travel if your group is arriving in multiple cars.
