Planted in the heart of Grayton Beach, this house sits just a short stroll from the award-winning shoreline and steps from Western Lake – one of Florida's rare coastal dune lakes – with protected state parkland right alongside. Every bedroom has its own en-suite with a private balcony, so larger groups can spread out without feeling on top of each other. The private pool and terrace are perfect between beach runs, while the top-level deck draws everyone together at sunset for Gulf views. Six complimentary bikes and a golf cart make exploring the 30A coastline effortless, too.

Home truths
One of the bedrooms has a double-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to four people, plus an additional single-over-single bunk. We think this room might be best suited to children.
Your host provides six adult bikes and a six-passenger Low Speed Vehicle to get around the community with ease.
The walk to the beach is short, but the sand is very soft – you'll find it much easier to haul beach gear with a wagon with large wheels rather than carrying it by hand.
There's free parking for up to eight cars on the driveway.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
