The accommodation here is set across the main house, which has four bedrooms, and a separate one-bedroom carriage house. At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room of the carriage house.
If you're visiting between May and October, be mindful that South Walton's beaches are active sea turtle nesting grounds. You'll need to keep lights off the beach at night, fill in any holes you dig in the sand, and remove all items from the beach before dusk to comply with local rules.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
