There is parking for up to two vehicles here on a first-come, first-served basis – if your group is arriving in more than two cars, you'll need to plan ahead for alternative parking nearby.
You'll need to complete a Guest Registration Form within two weeks of your arrival date to access the community pool and other neighbourhood amenities – make sure you factor that into your pre-arrival admin.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
To reach the beach you'll cross East County Highway 30A on foot – it's walkable and the tram makes it easy, but it's worth knowing the route involves crossing a main road rather than being a direct seafront stroll.
The community pool is popular and gets busy early – if you're after a lounger, arriving before 10am is your best bet.
