A private pool with a waterfall feature, a covered hot tub, a fire pit, and a putting green – this Dune Allen villa packs a serious amount into its outdoor living area, and that's before you factor in the beach access point just one block away. Six adult bikes and a six-passenger vehicle are included, making it easy to explore Scenic Highway 30A and the coastal dune lakes nearby. Inside, a top-floor bunk retreat with its own beverage station gives younger guests their own corner of the house.
