Sitting within a gated community on Florida's 30A coast, this beachfront house comes with private access to the Gulf – so the sugar-white sand is yours to reach without the crowds. The living area opens onto a balcony where emerald water stretches beyond the dunes, and a heated pool on the terrace means you're never far from a swim. Climb to the fourth-floor lookout tower for sunset views that are hard to beat. Seven bikes, a wet bar, and optional chef services make it easy to settle into a slower pace.

One of the bedrooms sleeps up to four people in two bunk beds – we think this room is best suited to children.
From 1st March to 31st October, a beach service set (two beach chairs and an umbrella) is included in your stay.
Pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels cannot be removed from the home.
The elevator is not available for guest use, and this is a three-storey home – you'll be using the stairs to move between levels across your stay.
While the home can sleep up to sixteen people, the maximum occupancy is fourteen guests.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
