The 10th arrondissement is a lively, residential neighbourhood – expect the everyday sounds of Parisian street life, especially along the busier avenues near République and Gare de l'Est.
You won't find an oven here – though there is a hob. We think the kitchen is better suited to prepping lighter bites than large meals.
As is common in France, the toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Canal Saint Martin is to Paris what Williamsburg once was to New York or Shoreditch was to London.
