Set within a community along Florida's 30A coast, this villa is built for easy, unhurried living. A heated pool and spa anchor the secluded backyard, and a screened porch extends the living space outdoors for long, slow evenings. A separate carriage house gives guests their own retreat, while a six-passenger low-speed vehicle and five adult bikes make it simple to explore the community's nature trails and coastal dune lakes. Beach club access, resort pools, and the Florida Panhandle's sugar-white sands and turquoise Gulf waters are all close at hand.

Home truths
This home comprises a four-bedroom main house and a one-bedroom carriage house.
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the carriage house.
As well as a private swimming pool, you'll have access to the on-site community pool here. It's shared with the complex's other guests.
The fireplace is decorative – it's not available for guest use during your stay.
You'll want to pack your own beach and pool towels – bath towels from the home can't be taken outside except for laundering.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
