A fourth-floor lookout tower with a wet bar and a furnished deck is the kind of thing you don't expect from a beach house – yet here it is, perched above the treetops with views towards the Gulf. Below, a private pool terrace spills directly off the living space, making it easy to spend the whole day outdoors. The beach is a three-minute stroll via a boardwalk, and six bikes plus a low-speed vehicle mean Scenic Highway 30A and the wider 30A communities are yours to explore at your own pace.

Home truths
At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the living area.
One of the bedrooms has a single-over-double bunk bed that can sleep up to three people – we think it might be best suited to children.
The only full bathrooms here are the en-suites off five of the bedrooms. While guests staying in bedroom six and guests sleeping on the sofa bed have access to a separate toilet, they’ll need to use one of the en-suites for showering.
The bikes and six-passenger golf cart are included, but you'll need to sign liability waivers and a damage agreement before using them.
The primary booker must be at least 25 years old, and any guests under 25 need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at a ratio of four under-25s per adult.
