Sitting on the shores of Eastern Lake, this Seagrove Beach home makes the most of its waterfront position – a shared dock for paddleboarding and kayaking, a lake-view terrace for slower mornings, and a private heated pool and swim spa when you'd rather stay close to home. The beach at Beachside Drive is a three-minute walk, the boutique shops and cafes of Seaside are 1.5 miles away, and included bikes make it easy to explore the Timpoochee Trail at your own pace.

At full occupancy, one guest will sleep on the sofa bed or the pull-out bed in the living area.
While two of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms aren't photographed, expect the style and quality to be consistent with the rest of the home.
One of the bedrooms sleeps five people in a double-over-double bunk bed and a pull-out single bed – we think this room might be best suited to children.
You'll need to bring your own beach and pool towels – bath towels from the home are not permitted to be taken out to the beach or pool.
Parking is available for three vehicles – if your group is arriving in more than three cars, you'll need to consider alternative parking nearby.
While the home can sleep more people, the maximum occupancy is eighteen guests.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
Construction work is ongoing in the area around the home. Be prepared to experience some noise disturbance during your stay.
