Tucked into Seacrest Beach along the scenic 30A corridor, this cottage is built for groups who want space without sacrificing atmosphere. Shiplap accents and wide-plank wood floors give the interiors a relaxed coastal feel, while the covered balcony and porch bed swing overlooking a wooded backyard make it easy to slow down. Five complimentary bikes mean the 30A bike path is yours to explore, and Rosemary Beach – with its cobblestone streets and cafes – is a thirteen-minute walk. A seasonal beach shuttle runs from 1st March to 31st October, and Camp Helen State Park is about nine minutes by car.

One of the bedrooms has two single-over-double bunk beds – we think they're better suited for children.
To enjoy the community pool and other amenities, you'll need to complete a Guest Registration Form within two weeks of your arrival date – your host can guide you through this process.
Walton County requires all beach chairs, umbrellas, and personal items to be removed from the beach each night – anything left unattended from one hour after dusk will be discarded.
If you plan to fish during your stay, anyone over ten years old will need a Florida state fishing licence unless you're joining a charter. You can pick one up through the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation website before you arrive.
