Tucked into a period terrace in Primrose Hill, this apartment packs real architectural interest into a compact footprint – a glass-floored walkway connects the two levels, drawing light down to the main bedroom below and making the layout feel anything but ordinary. Above it all, a private roof terrace with dining and a corner sofa sits among the neighbouring rooftops, ideal for an evening drink. Regent's Park Road's independent cafes and bakeries are moments from the front door, and Camden Lock Market is under a ten-minute walk away.

Home truths

  • The roof terrace is a highlight, but it's worth knowing it sits outside the apartment itself – you'll access it via the mezzanine level of the communal hallway.

  • The main bedroom is open-plan with no door and is visible from the ground floor above – there isn't complete privacy.

  • The sofa bed in the second bedroom is 135 cm wide – comfortable for one adult or two young children, but a snug fit for two grown-ups.

  • This is a lived-in home, which we think adds to the charm. Expect some of the host's personal belongings to be present during your stay.

  • You’ll be required to sign a digital rental agreement from the host prior to your stay for security and insurance purposes. Your host will send this to you after your booking is confirmed.

  • The lead guest must be at least 25 years old to rent this home.

  • The en-suite bathroom has limited headroom, so taller guests may find the space a little low. Worth factoring in if you're on the taller side.

About Primrose Hill

Primrose Hill is easy to fall in love with. With its beautiful pastel-coloured townhouses, winding high street packed with charming independent restaurants and boutiques, it has a similar feel to Notting Hill but without all the tourists piling down Portobello Road. Its relaxed village feel makes it hard to believe that you are in fact just a thirty minute walk away from the hustle and bustle of the West End....
