Tucked into one of the 30A's coastal resorts, this house arrives with tall pines, a private pool, and alfresco dining built for long Florida afternoons. A separate carriage house adds real flexibility – handy when extended family or friends want their own space without being far from the group. When you're ready to venture out, the resort's club delivers three pools, an on-site restaurant, and a sunset bar overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Six included bikes make the sugar-white beaches an easy ride away.

Home truths
The sixth bedroom is located in the independent carriage house, with its own external entrance. It's a studio-style space that combines a sleeping area, living area, and kitchenette.
You'll have access to the resort's beach club, swimming pools, scenic nature trails, and coastal dune lake here. They're shared with other guests. Every guest aged 5 and over will receive a wristband for community amenities and pools. This home is allotted fourteen wristbands.
Your host provides six adult bikes here – ideal, as the beach isn't within walking distance.
Beach and pool towels aren't provided, so be sure to pack your own.
There's parking here for up to five vehicles.
The lead guest must be at least 25 years old.
