Deeded beach access sits just across the street from the Gulf, which means the sand is minutes from your door. Back at the house, a private heated pool anchors the screened porch and fenced backyard – a cool retreat after a morning on the water. Multiple balconies, including one you can step out onto directly from the bedroom, add plenty of breathing room for a larger group. Six adult bikes and a six-passenger Low-Speed Vehicle make it easy to explore the 30A area, with Alys Beach around eighteen-minutes' walk away and Rosemary Beach a little further along the coast.

At full occupancy, two guests will sleep on the sofa bed in the sixth bedroom. This room also has two single-over-double bunk beds and a queen-over-queen bunk, so we think it’s best suited to children or families.
